The Dialogue will gather a wide array of stakeholders and practitioners on the theme of water management in the Americas. Some of the issues to be discussed during the event are: agriculture and food security; gender and inter-generational issues and water; transboundary basins and aquifers; energy and productive processes and water; governance and water resources; national water resources management plans and strategies; risks and extreme events; sanitation, human and environmental health in development; water management information systems; and water management in small island States.
