Parties will consider, inter alia: the programme and budget for 2006-2007; reviews of the implementation of the CCD and its institutional arrangements, of the CST report, and of the relationships with other conventions and organizations; the Regional Coordinating Units; the CCD’s implementation in accordance with Article 27 on mechanisms and instruments for implementation; arbitration and conciliation procedures; a comprehensive review of the activities of the Secretariat; and consideration of progress made by the GM in mobilizing financial resources to support CCD implementation, in particular, NAPs.
