This workshop seeks to provide insight and guidance to navigating through recent changes in public affairs brought on by the EU expansion. The workshop will: examine legal and institutional aspects of the Enlargement; identify key plans, priorities and stakeholders for each new Member State; focus on changes to current methods in “Working with the EU”; provide an opportunity to work on some topical group exercises; and introduce participants to representatives of the New Member States.
