The Project on Sustainability Transformation beyond 2015 (the POST2015 project) will hold this workshop in collaboration with the University of Surabaya (UBAYA) to continue discussions of sustainable development challenges in cities, including matters of household sanitation, resilient shelters, sustainable management of rainwater, and public transport. Participants will discuss ideas for advancing implementation of the expected sustainable development goals (SDGs), including monitoring of SDGs through citizen participation. Around 30 invited participants from academia, international organisations and local government, including experts in urban sustainable development from eight countries will participate in the workshop. The first workshop in this series took place from 11-13 March 2014 in Jakarta, Indonesia.
