This Forum aims to convene key Caribbean and international stakeholders in the public and private sectors, civil society, the media, academics, researchers, experts, donor and development agencies, technical agencies and institutions, among others, to discuss issues and share experiences related to environment and development. The meeting will also provide a regional forum for presenting and discussing issues related to the International Meeting on the ten year review of the sustainable development of SIDS to be held in Mauritius in August 2004.
