The City of Rio de Janeiro and the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group will be hosting Mayors of C40 Cities from around the world, with the aim of highlighting how local governments are addressing climate change and promoting sustainable development in the urban environment. C40 Chair and other C40 Mayors will make an environmental commitment on behalf of C40 cities during this one-day event.
