The Principles for Responsible Investment, the Caisse des Dépôts and La Chaire Finance Durable et Investissement Responsable are organizing the Sixth Academic Network Conference on Responsible Investment. This event provides a forum to bring together academics, students and practitioners to present research, network and develop partnerships. It will consider the theme 'Investing for Sustainable and Long-Term Returns'. The Principles for Responsible Investment, convened by UNEP FI and the UN Global Compact, was established as a framework to help investors achieve better long-term investment returns and sustainable markets through better analysis of environmental, social and governance issues in investment process and the exercise of responsible ownership practices. IISD is presenting on 'Overcoming Barriers to Scale: Institutional impact investments in low-income and developing countries'.
