The Third annual 'Powering Africa: Ethiopia' meeting, held under the theme 'Investing in Ethiopia's green energy future,' will seek to connect Government and Energy Ministries of Ethiopia with interested international power infrastructure developers and financiers. The event will include discussions, feature case studies and provide a space for networking. Discussions will focus around, inter alia: developments in Ethiopia's utility sector; foreign direct investments in power generation; regional interconnections; renewable energy integration; energy project financing; legal frameworks and regulatory developments; and rural electrification and local capacity development.
