The annual conference on ‘Participatory Science for Sustainable Development’ will bring together professionals in the areas of education, scientific research and sustainable development, government officials, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), media and other stakeholders to share reflections and experiences on citizen science and its contribution to the SDGs.

The conference is organized by the Small Islands and Indigenous Knowledge Section of the UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organizations (UNESCO) and the Objectif Sciences International (OSI).
