Representing the largest regional conference in the sector, the Nordic Baltic Bioenergy Conference 2015 will feature discussions on market developments and policy instruments, and presentations on state-of-the-art technologies in the field, including bio-based combined heat and power, pellet production and use, and biofuels production from cellulosic feedstock. The conference will also include networking events and study tours. Organized by the Swedish Bioenergy Association (Svebio) and the Latvian Biomass Association (Latbio) as an associated event of the Latvian Presidency of the EU Council, the conference will take place adjacent to the EU Energy Ministers' Council, which will be held in Riga, Latvia, from 15-16 April.
