This one-day workshop is being convened to review progress and achievements from the implementation of three EU-funded projects on biomass energy. The projects, Infres, LogistEC and EuroPrunning, demonstrate practical options for the production, harvesting and use of woody biomass as an energy source with a particular focus on forest residues, prunings and dedicated plantations.
