Participants will explore actions for the structural socio-economic transformation of African LDCs and acceleration of progress towards graduation criteria. The meeting will take place under the theme, ‘Feeding the Planet: Energy for Life,' and will discuss agriculture, food security and access to energy as critical factors in Africa's development.
