This is the official contribution of the Nordic Council of Ministers to Rio+20 and offers a Ministerial dialogue between Nordic and Southern Cone countries. It sets the focus on ecolabelling and sustainable public procurement (SPP) and highlights the potential and advantages of regional co-operation. The side event discusses the inter-linkages between sustainable consumption and production (SCP) and green economy policy instruments and practices within the framework of sustainable development and poverty eradication.
