The European Chemicals Bureau (ECB) is the focal point for data and assessment procedure on dangerous chemicals. The Commission Working Group on the Classification and Labelling of Dangerous Substances is organizing a meeting on environmental effects of existing chemicals at their headquarters in Ispra, Italy on 26-27 April, 2006.
