The Subregional Millennium Development Goals (MDG) Forum for East and Southeast Asia aims to discuss key issues affecting the achievement of MDGs in East and Southeast Asian countries and identify options for accelerating MDG progress in the subregion. The event is organized by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), the UN Development Programme (UNDP), and Jiao Tong University. Participation is by invitation only.
