This Forum is being convened as part of the second Green Standards Week from 17-21 September 2012, in Paris, France, which will be hosted by Microsoft, and organized by the International Telecommunications Union (ITU). It aims to bring together leading specialists in the field, including policy-makers, engineers, designers, planners, government officials, regulators and standards experts.
