This one-day Legal Workshop, which will be held as a side event to the UN Conference on Sustainable Development (UNCSD, or Rio+20), is being organized by the International Development Law Organization (IDLO) with support from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). It aims to build capacities and establish networks of legal experts in the Latin America and Caribbean region. Participants will be trained and advised by legal experts within the framework of international law related to climate change and the green economy.
