The 24th meeting of the Joint Implementation Supervisory Committee (JISC) will take place in Bonn, Germany. The meeting is open to attendance, as observers, by all parties and UNFCCC accredited observers and stakeholders. The deadline for registration as an observer is two weeks before the meeting and only observers who have registered within the stipulated deadline of 9 February 2011 will be allowed to have access to the observer room.
