The International Partnership for Expanding Waste Management Services of Local Authorities (IPLA) will hold its 2015 Global Forum under the theme “Science-Policy-Business-Community Interface – Towards a Resource Efficient Nation: Minimum Landfilling and Maximum Resource Recovery”. IPLA has been developed by the UN Centre for Regional Development (UNCRD) since 2011.
