The Second Meeting of Signatory States to the Indian Ocean-South East Asian Marine Turtle Memorandum of Understanding (an Agreement under the Convention on Migratory Species) will take place from 16-19 March 2004 in Bangkok, Thailand. Open to non-Signatory States, and interested IGOs and NGOs, this meeting will review implementation of the MoU’s Conservation and Management Plan and will set priorities for future work.
