Organized by the Dutch Development Ministry (SNV) and the Biogas Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture (BIOMA) of China, and in cooperation with the ADB/E4ALL, this workshop aims to evaluate the performance of the eight market-based national biogas programmes in Asia, as well as to assess the outlook of these programmes out to 2016. The workshop will also present and discuss the latest development and opportunities on carbon financing of national biogas programmes on domestic biogas.
