This forum will identify current trends and potential impacts of carbon forestry, with an emphasis on the forest industry sector and rural livelihoods in tropical countries in the Asia-Pacific region. The major outputs expected are a strategic analysis of the opportunities and constraints for the carbon forestry business and for the capacity building of developing countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
