This conference will highlight the importance of traditional forest-related knowledge towards achieving the Millennium Development Goals and sustainable forest management. It is organized by the Forestry Commission, the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research and the University of Ghana in association with the International Union of Forest Research Organizations.
