The International Conference on Chemicals Management (ICCM) to adopt the completed Strategic Approach for International Chemicals Management (SAICM) will be held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from 4 to 6 February 2006, immediately before the 9th Special Session of UNEP Governing Council and Global Ministerial Environment Forum.
