This Dialogue is organized by the UN Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), in conjunction with the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA) and E8, an international organization composed of ten of the world's largest electricity generators. It aims to encourage debate and share perspectives and experiences in investment policies and regulatory frameworks for electricity generation projects with low-carbon emissions.
