In preparation for the eleventh meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP 11) to the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), this dialogue aims to explore and contribute to understanding the various aspects of documents prepared for COP 11 consideration of relevance to resource mobilization and financial issues, to seek to clarify potential ways to scale up the mobilization of financial resources for biodiversity, and to discuss approaches and elements of target-setting that can be practically considered by COP 11.
