This meeting will be held back-to-back with the 'High level Forum on Biodiversity and Development for Post-2015,' and aims to build further understanding and a convergence of views on how capacity building could and should be addressed in the context of the Intergovernmental Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES). The consultation is organized by Malaysia Industry-Government Group for High Technology (MIGHT) and Office of the Science Advisor, and supported by the Norwegian Environment Agency, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (NRE)-the Government of Malaysia, and the UN Environment Programme World Conservation Monitoring Centre (UNEP-WCMC).
