In preparation of the UN Conference on Sustainable Development (UNCSD, or Rio+20), the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) is holding a second consultation to identify key issues for Africa in global environmental governance reform and to draw out options that are not currently part of Africa’s official preparatory process. At the end of the process, a paper summarizing a set of reform options will be submitted to the African preparatory process for consideration.
