From 26-30 August 2012, over 1000 delegates from science, the private sector, UN, international and national organisations, the public administration, media and NGOs will gather in Davos, Switzerland for the 4th International Disaster and Risk Conference. The IDRC Davos 2012 theme, “Integrative Risk Management in a changing world – Pathways to a Resilient Society,” will seek to further establish and develop the approach of Integrative Risk Management. David Nabarro, Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General on Food Security and Nutrition and the UN System Influenza Coordinator, will offer a keynote address.
