The International Association of Hydrogeologists (IAH) will host the 51st edition of the IAH World Groundwater Congress to share the latest findings on groundwater, present innovative solutions, and discuss pressing societal challenges. Participants will discuss sustainable groundwater management strategies, including interactions within the water-food-energy-ecosystems nexus, and consider how groundwater interacts with rivers, lakes, ecosystems, and the cryosphere.
The IAH World Groundwater Congress will bring together government, industry, and academia to facilitate interactions beyond the scientific community on groundwater and to discuss the latest international developments on groundwater and their relevance for society. The Swiss Society of Hydrogeology and the Centre for Hydrogeology and Geothermics of the University of Neuchâtel are organizing the Congress.
