The President of the 69th UN General Assembly (UNGA), Sam Kutesa, will convene this thematic debate, which will focus on how to mobilize resources to turn aspirations for the post-2015 development agenda into realities. It is expected to discuss financing, technology development and transfer and capacity building. The debate will also consider investments in climate financing, rural development, infrastructure, protection of the global commons and social sectors.
