This UN High-level Meeting will take stock of progress in implementing the 2011 Political Declaration on the Prevention and Control of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) and the scaling up of multi-stakeholder and national multi-sectoral responses, including in the context of the post-2015 development agenda. National delegations, including Ministers of Health, senior officials, parliamentarians and civil society will take part in the event.
