Organized by the Portuguese Presidency of the EU, the Council and the European Commission, this Conference aims to contribute to an improved understanding of the competitive advantages gained from conserving biodiversity and using biological resources sustainably, as well as to provide guidance to the European Commission’s new initiative on business and biodiversity.
