The UN Secretary-General's High-level Panel on Global Sustainability (GSP) will hold its sixth and final meeting (GSP 6) on 11-12 January 2011. The Sherpas are expected to convene on 10 January, and again following GSP 6 on 13-14 January. At GSP 5, the decided to hold an addtional meeting to finalize the report. The Panel's inputs are expected to feed into inter-governmental processes, including preparations for the UN Conference on Sustainable Development (UNCSD, or Rio+20), and the annual meetings of the Conference of the Parties (COP) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
