The Global Methane Forum 2024 will bring together policymakers, industry leaders, technical experts, and researchers from around the world to promote replicable methane mitigation successes. The Forum aims to mobilize action on addressing methane.

The Global Methane Initiative (GMI) and the UN Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) will host the Forum in partnership with the Global Methane Hub and the Climate and Clean Air Coalition (CCAC). The Forum will feature three thematic tracks on methane emissions from coal mines, oil and gas, and biogas.
