GGKP Webinar: Green Growth, Indicators and the SDGs

The Green Growth Knowledge Platform (GGKP) will hold this webinar to discuss where and how to improve measurement of progress towards an inclusive green economy, including how this relates to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The webinar will feature a presentation by the GGKP Metrics and Indicators Research Committee Co-Chairs and include an update on the SDG indicators. The GGKP Metrics and Indicators Research Committee recently published a study, titled ‘Measuring Inclusive Green Growth at the Country Level: Taking Stock of Measurement Approaches and Indicators,' which outlines gaps and opportunities for new efforts in data collection, methodological work and indicator development. The GGKP is a global community of organizations and experts committed to collaboratively generating, managing and sharing green growth knowledge and data to mobilize a sustainable future. It was founded by the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) and the World Bank, and brings together over 40 partner organizations.
