The Fourth Session of the African Ministerial Conference on Housing and Urban Development (AMCHUD 4) is being held under the theme “Territorial Planning and Access to Basic Services for All”. It will provide a platform for stakeholders to discuss ideas and exchange views on how urban development can lead to the creation of opportunities and employment, attract investment, and enable cities to be the “powerhouses” of their countries. The Conference is supported by the UN Human Settlements Programme (UN-HABITAT).
