First Meeting of the High Level International Advisory Committee on the World Congress on Justice, Governance and Law for Environmental Sustainability
The objective of this meeting, convened by the UN Environment Programme (UNEP), is to provide initial guidance to the UNEP Executive Director on ways to secure a successful outcome of the World Congress, which will convene in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, immediately prior to the UN Conference on Sustainable Development (UNCSD, or Rio+20).
