First Global Forum on Green Economy Learning

The First Global Forum on Green Economy Learning, ‘Scaling up learning and capacity development for an inclusive green economy through institutional collaboration,' will bring together a range of learning institutions with the aim of identifying opportunities for scaling up learning on the green economy and low-carbon development. The Forum aims to: facilitate information exchange and experience sharing on green economy learning; review national approaches to develop a strategic approach to green economy learning; initiate collaboration to develop a self-standing green economy curriculum and to integrate green economy concepts within existing courses; and create a community of practice of green economy learning institutions and professionals. The Partnership on Action on Green Economy (PAGE) is organizing the Forum in collaboration with the Green Growth Knowledge Platform (GGKP), the Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) and the UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
