The Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR), within the context of its Global Forest Expert Panels (GFEP), is convening an expert panel on forests and food security. The meeting will frame discussions within the context of the post-2015 development agenda. The outputs of the meeting will include a comprehensive, peer-reviewed scientific report based on current knowledge and existing initiatives, as well as a summary for policy makers.
