The first Summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) and European Union (EU) will be hosted by 2012 CELAC President Pro Tempore Chile, under the theme “Alliance for Sustainable Development: Promoting Investments of Social and Environmental Quality”.
