The European Commission’s Environment Directorate-General is sponsoring a ‘Green Week’ conference aimed at bringing together local, regional and national decision-makers, as well as environmental stakeholders such as companies, industry associations and non-governmental organizations. Key environmental issues to be discussed include sustainable consumption and production, renewable energy, climate change and water.
