The 10th meeting of European Members of the International Network of Basin Organizations (INBO) will take place in mid-October, and will bring together INBO member organizations and observers to discuss implementation of the EU Water Framework Directive (WFD) and policies of non-EU countries in Eastern Europe, the Balkans, Caucasus, Central Asia and the Mediterranean.
