The UN Development Programme (UNDP) and the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) have launched a second round of e-discussions on areas where further dialogue and thinking is needed, as identified during the Leadership Meeting of the Global Consultation on Environmental Sustainability in the Post-2015 Development Agenda, held in San José, Costa Rica, on 18-19 March 2013. This second e-discussion will address “Moving towards transformational change,” specifically the role of the private sector and markets, and education for sustainable development and changing behaviors. It will follow a first e-discussion on “Unpacking key inter-linkages and principles” and precede a third one on “Translating global commons and universal agenda to local action and context”.
