The Economics of Land Degradation (ELD) Initiative is convening its second Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on the topic ‘Options and pathways for action: Stakeholder Engagement'. Building on the first course in 2014, which focused on performing cost-benefit analyses to promote sustainable land management (SLM), the 2015 ELD MOOC will address the importance of working with relevant stakeholders to implement SLM choices effectively and sustainably. The MOOC is hosted by the Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) Global Campus 21®.The course will take place from 5 May to 29 June 2015.
