Participants from COFO member States will discuss forest health, forest tenure, fire management, small and medium-scale forest enterprises, forestry at the local level, mountain forestry activities, voluntary guidelines, regional action on sustainable forest management (SFM), quantitative targets in forest policy, social standards for sustainable certified forests, progress toward SFM, reducing emissions from deforestation and knowledge sharing on monitoring and assessments, as well as linkages from forests to agriculture, energy and water.
