Global environmental leaders and practitioners will share valuable insight on the past successes, current hurdles and potential future solutions concerning biodiversity degradation and loss, as well as the role the UN Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES), the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS) and the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands can play.
