This meeting will involve awareness raising on the Rotterdam Convention and training on strengthening chemicals management and implementation of the key obligations of the Convention. It will also involve assistance in completion and submission of Final Regulatory Actions, including pilot testing of some elements of the Clearing House Mechanism for the Rotterdam Convention. Representatives from Armenia, Croatia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova and Mongolia are expected to participate.
