The conference, supported by the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership (REEEP), will bring together national and local government officials, urban planners, designers, developers, facility managers and investors to discuss Africa's urbanization and the potential for “smart” and “green” solutions for issues relating to infrastructure, energy facilities, water management and sanitation.
