Taking place during the 25th anniversary of Water and Sanitation for Africa, the 2013 Africa High-Level Forum on Water and Sanitation For All will be convened under the theme “Promoting South-South Cooperation to Accelerate Progress in the Water and Sanitation Sector in Africa.” The Forum expects to emphasize the need for changing policies and strategies to ensure resource mobilization for the water and sanitation sector.
